As with any other softwares and systems, things do go wrong. But rest assured that we are trying our best to solve each and every problems that are being reported to us. That is why our software has an automatic updating system feature for users to be able to conveniently download an updated and bug fixed version of our application. We have a few ways on you can help improve our software and services.

 • You may report errors or bugs in our software by chatting with us through our ChatBox or Skype.
 • You may send us an email with a description of what you were doing before an error was encountered.

Q. I want to start using R.E.G VPN, how do i get started? 
A. First, go to our registration page and fill up the registration form. We could then send you an instruction on what to do next.

Q. How do I renew my account?
A. When you want to renew, visit our top up page

Q. I have a subscription but I can't connect to your server, why is this? 
A. Make sure that you have followed the exact instructions that we have supplied in the tutorial guide and that your username and password is correctly supplied in our software. Also make sure that you have not shared or compromised your account. In cases that you are trying to connect to our servers at the same time that someone else is trying to connect with the same user/pass will deny you access.

Q. I get a TLS Error: local/remote TLS Keys are out of sync, why is this?
A. To prevent connection throttling, our servers have a 60sec timeout before you can do reconnect, so if you are already connected, and you disconnect and connect right away, this is what will happen. Please wait a minute or less and then try connecting to another server again. This will not happen if you aren't previously connected or is connecting on first run of the software.

Q. The software tells me its already connected, but I still can't surf. What do I do? 
A. This problem may be a caused by two things. First is maybe your ISP is not properly routing or their system is having a downtime. Or our servers are not sending you the proper data back even if you are connected. The obvious solution is to disconnect, wait a minute or two and reconnect. If the same is happening then your ISP must be experiencing difficulties routing data to your PC/Netbook. This is where we wait for your ISP to resume its connection.

Q. Is my account shareable to others? 
A. Subscription is as cheap as it goes, and therefore we require that an account subscription is strictly for one user only. Connection to our server denies multiple logins, so if you share your accounts, only one user at a time may use it.

Q. What payment methods do you have? 
A. At the moment we only receive payment via Maybank2u. In few months we add more bank and also international money transfer. So stay tune with us.

Q. I want to be a reseller, how do I become one? 
A. Not everyone can be an authorized reseller, but we are always on the lookout for willing resellers out there. To apply as a reseller, please email us at regvpn2u@gmail.com

Q. Aside from your paid subscriptions, do you offer a trial account? 
A. Yes we do offer trial accounts. Trial accounts are limited so not everyone can have one. But we do offer a 1-day trial to subscribers as long as there is an available slot for trial accounts.

Q. Are there limitations to your trial account? 
A. We want you to experience the full capabilities of our services. So we do not impose any limitations whatsoever on our trial accounts.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. For people who subscribe for 3 accounts and above, we do offer discounts. If you are applying for 3 or up account subscriptions, then please do not forget to mention or ask us about the discount.

Q. Do you allow downloading of torrent files?
A. We do not support the illegal distribution of copyrighted materials over torrent servers and peer to peer networks. Nor do we advertise that we do allow it in our servers. There are however legitimate and legal uses for torrent applications. Some game companies offer their installers available for torrent downloading. We allow torrents on our servers, BUT! If you are planning to share or download copyrighted materials over torrent sites, then please do not do so in our networks.

Q. Do you support other operating systems other than Windows?
A. We are working on a Linux version of our application, however we do not support any other operating systems right now except windows.

Q. I heard you offer voucher codes to top-up existing accounts?
